Question:

"Dear Tracey,

I have over $90,000 in debt and have been out of work for the last 2
years. I am committed in my job search and have secured a part time
admin job. I want to know how I can go about saving for my retirement."

Answer:   My first recommendation would be to concentrate on paying off the debt, once that is at a reasonable level and/or she secures a full time
position, the easiest way to save for retirement is on a monthly basis.
A monthly contribution can be set up as low as $25.00/mth. Depending
upon her age, lifestyle requirements and risk tolerance a suitable
investment can be chosen.

Question:

Dear Dr. Nathalie Beauchamp,

"Is there a natural way(without side effects) that I can stop the stomach pains I feel.  Some times at night, just having the sheets touch my stomach causes me pain."

Answer:   It is abnormal that your stomach should be this sensitive.  I would recommend that you seek the help of your natural health care practitioner.  He or she will do a full health history and examination to find out the source of your problem and then will make recommendations based on these findings.

Question:

Dear Dr. Nathalie Beauchamp,

"I have been told I need to have more protein in my diet.  I need advice on if Chocolate milk or Almond milk is a good idea and  why.  Also, are all these protein bars a good ide (such as the Special K bars)"

Answer: Almond milk is a great replacement to cow's milk.  If you want to increase your protein intake I would suggest lean meats and eggs, legumes and/or a high quality whey protein powder. Protein bars are convenient if you are on the go and would completely missed your meal or your snack but they are often times loaded with simple sugars and low quality fats.  Special K bars are actually very low in proteins. Wholesome food is always better.
